term. This will highlight times, dates and places to keep you informed of our
curriculum. If you have any problems with the information given to you please
do not hesitate to inform any member of staff who will only be willing to explain

Concerns and Complaints Procedure The staff at Next Steps strive at all times to provide the best possible service to all their children and families. However, if you have a concern or complaint about the service or attention provided by the staff, please attempt to resolve it with them in the first instance. Following this, please do not hesitate to contact the manager who will do her best to deal with the situation sensitively and see it through to its conclusion. If you make a complaint and are not satisfied with the outcome of the event, you then have the right to seek further advice from the authorities on 0161 255 4803. | |
