Parents Support

To keep you informed of our good practice we will display and send an information sheet to you each term. This will highlight times, dates and places to keep you informed of our curriculum. If you have any problems with the information given to you please do not hesitate to inform any member of staff who will only be willing to explain procedures to you.
It is an on going commitment of our Nursery to provide support and help to families in the local area. We offer a range of facilities from outside agencies such as Early Years team.
Next Steps is in close contact with Primary Schools where systems are in place to ensure that children make a smooth transition to school successfully. We liaise closely with local Primary Schools through visits to the schools, and by having the early year's co-ordinators in to talk to the children. The transition can sometimes be difficult so we do everything we can to ensure your children feel secure and confident.
We cannot stress too strongly that any time you feel there is a problem we will do our utmost to help or to seek help for you.
