Meet The Team

Welcome to Next Steps Nursery.

We are a consistent team who work harmoniously together who are very sensitive, patient and caring.

We emphasise on working interchangeably as a team. We believe strongly that any one of the team would be able to cater for any child at any time.

We all hold an enhanced CRB and First Aid, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Child Protection certificates.

Staff also attend various training sessions throughout the year. Our staff to children ratios exceed those that are set by Ofsted's initiatives as this enables more individual attention so children can develop to their full potential.
