Our Nursery is open 48 weeks a year from 8am to 5.45pm. We are closed two weeks at Christmas, one week at Easter and one week in Summer (August).

Free Childcare

Children age 3 years are eligible to claim a Nursery Education Grant which entitles the beneficiary to five, 2 1/2 hour sessions (38 weeks a year - term time only).

Wrap Around Care

Fees are £2.25 per hour. Payments can be made by cash or by VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron (via card machine on premises), in advance please. We also accept Busy Bees vouchers.

Copies of our Policy and Conditions are located in the main entrance area.

Concerns and Complaints

If any child, parent/carer, member of staff, volunteer or students have any cause for complaint, the following procedure should be taken:- by speaking to Ruth Rimmer who is the setting Manager or Christine Harris who is the setting Parent Partnership Co-ordinator. All complaints no matter how large or small will be dealt with immediately and every attempt will be made to find a resolution. All complaints will be resolved within 28 days, in writing, where applicable. If you feel the issue has not been dealt with to your satisfaction, please contact:
